By accessing or using FusePlane, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

FusePlane provides a secure execution layer that enables applications to call third-party APIs without exposing secrets.

FusePlane:

  • Injects credentials server-side
  • Forwards requests as configured
  • Returns provider responses unchanged

FusePlane is not a backend replacement and does not provide business logic, authentication, or data storage.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your project keys secure
  • Configure endpoints correctly
  • Use FusePlane in compliance with applicable laws
  • Ensure upstream APIs are used according to their terms

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use FusePlane to:

  • Perform illegal activities
  • Abuse or overload third-party services
  • Bypass provider restrictions or rate limits
  • Expose or misuse sensitive data
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

4. API Execution & Limitations

FusePlane:

  • Does not guarantee uptime or availability
  • Does not guarantee provider responses
  • May impose rate limits or execution limits
  • May change or discontinue features at any time

Use FusePlane at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

  • FusePlane owns all platform software and branding
  • You retain ownership of your application code and data
  • No rights are transferred except as necessary to use the service

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For security reasons
  • For prolonged inactivity
  • At our discretion with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FusePlane is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy of execution
  • Reliability of third-party services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FusePlane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to FusePlane in the past 12 months

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of FusePlane constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
